Refund policy

Digital products (eg: ebooks, audiobooks) are non-refundable once downloaded. All sales of physical products (eg: art prints, stickers, signed books) are final with the exception of damaged or defective items. If you received a damaged item, please contact piper@authorpiperscott.com within seven days of delivery with a photo of the damage and a brief explanation of the issue to begin the replacement process.
