Shipping policy

Digital Products Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping charges apply. Download links are valid for fourteen days.

Physical Products We ship physical items (art prints, stickers, signed paperbacks) via USPS from Carbondale, Illinois.

Processing time: Orders are processed twice a month, on the fifteen and the final day of the month, or the nearest business day should those dates fall on a weekend. During high-volume periods (new releases, holidays), processing delays may occur.

Domestic shipping (US):

• Standard: 5–10 business days following processing.

International shipping:

• We do not ship internationally at this time, but hope to change this soon!

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at piper@authorpiperscott.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work to make it right.
